CHURCHES OF GALATIA
Text: Galatians 1:1-5 "Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) 2. Galatians 2:16 "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified."
Galatians 3:11 "But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith."
Acts 13:14 "But when they departed from Perga (of Pamphylia, south of Galatia), they came to Antioch in Pisidia (Roman province of Galatia), and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down."

47. For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
48. And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord [the Word of the God, other ms]: and as many as were ordained [perfect passive participle] to eternal life believed."
Acts 14:22 "Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God."
Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: . . ."
